Uncle Bard & The Dirty Bastards: A Great Bunch of Lads
Irish folk, spiced up with rock. Although the guys come from the north of Italy, they have already spent some time in Ireland. As written in a review of their latest album, "Uncle Bard & The Dirty Bastards don't pretend to be Irish. They show "great gratitude and due respect for Irish music and culture". They are truly Ireland's adopted sons and have brought a new breeze to the European Celtic punk/rock scene."
Since 2015, the band has toured internationally and played more than 300 concerts throughout Europe, including successful shows at Oranjerock in the Netherlands, Shamrock Castle in Germany, Celtica in Italy, Aymon Folk Festival in France and many other major international events. They have been on stage three times with the world famous Celtic punk band Dropkick Murphys (USA), toured Italy with the legendary Flogging Molly (USA), then played with Kensington (NET), Volbeat (DEN) or Frank Turner (UK), but also with traditional artists like De Danann (IRE), Four Men and A Dog (IRE), Beoga (IRE), Dubliners (IRE).
