Tulsk: Traditional Irish folk as you can only find it in Ireland.
The four musicians from Tulsk bring an enormous wealth of experience to the stage: individually, they have played with some of Ireland's greatest artists such as Sharon Shannon, Damien Dempsey, The Chieftains, The Dubliners, Mary Black, The Fureys and Sinéad O'Connor. The fiddle player and founder of the band, Sean Regan, is no longer a stranger to the Irish folk scene - he even has an entry in the Guinness Book of Records for the most concerts played in a year - and is particularly appreciated for his versatility and unique flair. He is joined by Peter Molloy on flute and Joe Molloy on banjo, both of whom come from families with a long musical tradition. The singer and guitarist Alan Burke is also well-traveled and impresses with his soulful singing, strong stage presence and - as a former percussionist - a distinct sense of rhythm.
Tulsk play everything from warm-hearted ballads to wild dance pieces, from careful arrangements to ecstatic improvisations - a great musical mixture enriched with wit and Irish charm.
Pure Irish lifestyle!
