Robert Watt: World Champion Piper
Robert Watt comes from Maghera in Northern Ireland. At the tender age of seven, he began playing the Great Highland Bagpipe (a Scottish bagpipe). Robert Watt took part in various competitions and public performances. He won most of the prizes available in this field. From 1998 he was a member of the world-famous Field Marshall Montgomery Pipe Band. As a solo artist, Robert Watt is now regarded as one of the world's leading solo pipers.
